• Cancellation before driver assignment is free.
• Cancellation after driver assignment may incur charges.
• Frequent cancellations may result in restrictions.
• Emergency cancellations are reviewed separately.
• Refunds apply only for eligible cases.
• Failed payments and duplicate transactions qualify for refunds.
• Completed services are generally non-refundable.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
